Summary Zafarullah claimed the definition on which Nawaz Sharif was disqualified doesn't exist.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Barrister Zafarullah said on Thursday that it feels like we didn’t get justice in Panama Leaks case.

Talking to media, Barrister Zafarullah claimed that the definition on which ex-prime minister Nawaz Sharif was disqualified doesn’t exist in black law dictionary.

Meanwhile, Information Technology minister Anusha Rahman termed Panama Joint Investigation Team (JIT) report as incomplete and said that new examples were made for Nawaz Sharif.

She said Nawaz Sharif presented himself and his family for accountability because he has faith in sanctity of the court. She further expressed hope that Supreme Court will decide review petitions according to law and the Constitution.

On the other hand, ex-prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s lawyer Khawaja Harris told the Supreme Court (SC) that most of the documents gathered by Panama Joint Investigation Team (JIT) were from sources.

A five-member bench comprising Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed, Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan conducted the hearing of review petitions filed by Sharif family.

During the proceeding, Khawaja Harris said that the meaning and interpretation of asset is more than one word over which Justice Ejaz Afzal said that it is not written anywhere that you cannot take salary.
